Delivery Options Overview
Upon receipt of the order, we will endeavor to process it within 24 to 48 hours and initiate shipping. Please note that our courier partner typically takes 2 to 4 days to deliver the products to your location.
In case you reside in a city that is connected to Hyderabad via bus service, you can opt for overnight delivery by contacting us. We will arrange for the shipping through the bus service and charge you the applicable shipping cost for the same.

Refund and Returns Policy:
- Eligibility for Returns Customers have the right to return products purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, the product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice.
- Refunds If the product is eligible for a return, we will process a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the product.
- Exchanges Customers may also request an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Additionally, the product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice.
- Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse for returns or exchanges. However, if the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Non-Eligible Products The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been modified, damaged, or used
- Products that are missing parts or accessories
- Products that have been personalized or customized
- Defective or Incorrect Products If the product is defective or incorrect, customers must notify us within 2 days of receipt of the product. Customer is required to send the defective or incorrect product. Once we receive the defective or incorrect product, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
